In-store only at 6 pm local time, Walmart will offer the Hisense 40" 1080p Flat LED HD Television for $99. That's a savings of $101 and the best price we've seen for a 40" 1080p TV. It features a 1920x1080 (1080p) native resolution, LED backlight, and three HDMI inputs.
